Telephone Conference

  • A Confirmation email will be sent to the email address. If your appointment is approved by one of our technicians, we will contact you via your preferences set above in a timely manner to confirm. Additional fees may be assessed for locations other than our office or times outside of 9AM-5PM hours during regular non-holiday business hours.
  • If you selected 'Other Location', a venue will have to be agreed upon for capabilities of the location in regards to our services. If we must change the location we will notify you in a timely manner at the contact information you provided. Office hours are by appointment only and may change on a daily basis.
  • Telephone Conferences will have to be arranged with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
  • Depending on the location, a site fee might be assessed, and will be communicated before billing/contract signing.
